Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return period for all fine jewelry purchases, provided items are returned in their original, unworn condition within the signature Sophie Bille Brahe packaging. Please note that bespoke or engraved pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our concierge team at care@sophiebillebrahe.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and ensure all authenticity certificates are included before securing the items inside the original shipping carton.

• 3.
  Secure Shipment

  Affix the provided DHL or FedEx label to the exterior of the package and schedule a collection or drop it off at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received in our Copenhagen studio, our artisans will inspect the piece; approved returns will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
